In the year of our Lord, 2013, there was an event so magnificent that I had to drive 2 hours from my homeland to attend.  There be Bacon and Beer in that building and I was going to have to try and enjoy it.  Bacon products including chocolate covered chocolate, strawberry cheesecake with Bacon topping, and even Bacon Bloody Mary’s.  It was spectacular.  I hope Grand Rapids repeats this festival as I am excited to visit again.
